We manufacture these Aluminum pressure testers that fit the Perkins / Westerbeke 4-107 / 108 engines.
Remove the fuel injectors and replace one of them with this adapter. Attach an automotive pressure tester to it and turn the engine to top dead center for that cylinder to read the compression and see how long it holds it. The tester adapter is tapped with a 1/8"-27 NPT for a hose fitting.
