We offer fiberglass cutting from up to 4 ft x 8 ft sheets in 1/8", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" US manufactured Extren fiberglass.

We manufacture bulk items for the oil and gas industry and many other companies. We also make custom boat parts such as backing plates for thru hulls and all sorts of deck fittings, mast and windlass bases, swim platforms and bow sprits.

We are now offering cut to size solid fiberglass sheet, rod and tube similar to G10 FR4 called Extren.
Available in 1 square ft increments but size can be even 10 pieces of 1" wide and 5 ft long.
Prices below are for ordering the minimum of one square foot. Order more and get considerable discounts.

0.125 inch Fiberglass sheet, $25 for 1 sq ft

1/8 Inch thick Extren 500 series fiberglass sheet.
An all-purpose series utilizing a premium polyester resin system with a UV inhibitor. Color: White.

0.25 inch Fiberglass sheet, $30 sq ft

Round Rod:

1" diameter - $14 / ft
Square tube is $15 ft, 3" x 3" OD, wall 0.25"

This stuff is fireproof and incredibly strong with a 30 thousand PSI tensile strength. It would not even burn with a Map gas torch blasting it from an inch away.

This material offered is a structural material made in a large industrial process, even used to build multi story buildings and in chemical processing plants. Use it for making backing plates, mast base or steps, bow sprits, engine mounts, bulkheads, transom repair, samson posts, islands under deck hardware etc.
